Vinyasa Flow

Tuesdays & Thursdays

9:30 -10:30am

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, breath-guided practice that connects movement with mindfulness.
With a steady, purposeful pace, each class builds strength, flexibility, and inner calm through creative sequences that feel both familiar and fresh. The rhythm of your breath becomes your anchor as you move through poses that challenge the body and center the mind.

Students are encouraged to move at their own pace, listen to their bodies, and explore their edge with intention, discovering inner strength along the way. These sequences offer both mental and physical challenges while remaining accessible to all levels. Several props are used during these classes to provide depth.

Whether you're looking to energize or unwind, Vinyasa offers a moving meditation that evolves with you. It can feel like a powerful reset for body and mind.

Power Vinyasa

Saturdays
10 - 11:15am

This class is designed to help you cultivate strength, stamina, and flexibility—both physically and mentally. Power Vinyasa combines the traditional sequencing and mindful breathwork of vinyasa yoga with creative variations and challenging postures that keep the practice fresh and engaging. Expect a dynamic flow that builds heat, endurance, and focus as you move with purpose from one pose to the next. Each class begins with an intention to anchor your practice and ends with time to integrate and rest. You’ll leave feeling grounded, strong, and clear. Some prior yoga experience is recommended.

Yoga @ The Alaska Club (South)

Fridays 12 - 1pm

Similar to Vinyasa at Fairbanks Yoga, these Alaska Club classes follow a format of linking breath with movement, followed by longer-held postures that allow you to explore your edge with more depth. Each class is tailored to those in class and is adapted to the needs of the students.

In this gym setting, however, there are fewer props available, and hands-on assists are not offered, as those are provided exclusively at Fairbanks Yoga.
