Radiant Flow

Sundays

Radiant Flow is a spacious 90-minute practice that weaves together Vinyasa, Kundalini, and meditation to help you begin your Sunday with intention and clarity. We’ll ease into movement slowly with a grounded start, then raise our energy with sun salutations and simple Kundalini kriyas before winding down with longer-held postures to help open the hips, spine, and lower back. The movement portion of practice is designed to release tension in the body and prepare our mind for stillness so that we can focus our attention more easily on the final meditation, mantra, and/or pranayama. Please note that the last 15 minutes are practiced in a seated position and we have bolsters, blankets and chairs available to make this practice accessible to all. This class is meant to feel supportive, uplifting, and centering, and offers a sweet way to nourish your body and settle your mind as you step into a new week.
