Power Vinyasa

This class is designed to help you cultivate strength, stamina, and flexibility, both physically and mentally. Power Vinyasa combines the traditional sequencing and mindful breathwork of vinyasa yoga with creative variations and challenging postures that keep the practice fresh and engaging. Expect a dynamic flow that builds heat, endurance, and focus as you move with purpose from one pose to the next. Each class begins with an intention to anchor your practice and ends with time to integrate and rest. You’ll leave feeling grounded, strong, and clear. Some prior yoga experience is recommended.
