Jacie Sturm Massage Therapy
Hi, I'm Jacie, and I specialize in Ashiatsu (barefoot) deep tissue massage and intraoral myofascial therapy for the jaw, face, and neck. Over the past 15 years of teaching yoga, I've developed a deep appreciation for how the body moves, compensates, and heals. I bring that perspective into my massage sessions, combining focused therapeutic work with a whole-body approach to help relieve pain, restore movement, and reduce tension.
As of right now, I am currently working out of my home and only accepting clients I have previously met or those who have been referred to me by someone I know. If you are a referral client, please email me at jaciemassage@gmail.com with a quick note about who referred you prior to booking your appointment. If you are one of Morganne Armstrong’s clients, you do not need to contact me before making your appointment.
Info about my current location (in University West) will be sent once your appointment is confirmed.
I look forward to working with you!
Fall Studio Update: I will no longer be moving into Woven Acupuncture this fall. Instead, I’ll continue working out of my home through September and October while I look for a studio space that can be a more permanent home for my practice. Once I make the move, I’ll open my books to new-to-me clients. Sign up for my newsletter at the bottom of the page for updates!

Treatment Offerings
Therapeutic Massage (Deep Tissue)
These sessions are typically tailored to specific areas of discomfort, tension, or restriction and pressure can range from medium to very deep. Before the session begins, we'll discuss your goals and areas of focus to guide the treatment. My intention is to draw from the full range of my tools and training to support your body's natural ability to move, function, and feel its best. Please note that I use my feet in the majority of these sessions to access deeper fascial work, if you are not comfortable with barefoot deep-tissue work, I may not be the right massage therapist for you.
~ If you are one of Morganne’s clients, this is the treatment I recommend you book ~
Intraoral Facial Massage
This treatment is effective for addressing chronic tension and dysfunction in the muscles of the jaw, face, and neck and can help with concerns around jaw pain, teeth grinding, clenching, facial tension, tension headaches, limited jaw mobility, and TMJ dysfunction. By working both externally and intraorally, this treatment allows access to muscles that are difficult to reach through traditional massage alone, helping release patterns of tension and improve comfort and function.
The first 45 minutes of these sessions are dedicated to external work, assessing any jaw asymmetries and/or dysfunction as well as releasing the muscles of the chest, neck, face, and jaw. The remaining 30 minutes incorporate targeted intraoral work to access deeper structures.
These 75-minute sessions may also be booked as a 90-minute treatment, allowing extra time for additional intraoral techniques, deep tissue neck work, or a relaxing gua sha and facial cupping experience. If facial cups are used, please note that some oil residue may remain in the hair (organic fractionated coconut oil).
Relaxation Massage
This style of full-body massage is for those looking to slow down, relax, and reconnect. My goal is to connect, drop in, and create a space where you can calm the nervous system and settle into the experience of being cared for through intentional touch and deep rest. Pressure ranges from medium to firm and can be customized to focus on specific areas the need attention, if requested. Barefoot techniques are not used in these sessions unless specifically requested.
Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage
In this style of massage, I use ceiling-mounted bars for support while providing massage with my bare feet. This allows me to apply broad, consistent pressure in a way that is difficult to achieve with the hands, forearms, or elbows. For clients who enjoy deeper work, Ashiatsu can be an excellent option, offering both depth and a relaxing experience.
If you are interested in this style of massage, please book a Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage and we will integrate ample barefoot massage techniques in to your treatment plan. Full-body Ashiatsu-only sessions will be available one I return from my next barefoot training mid-September.
