Jacie Sturm Massage Therapy
I’m happy to announce that I’m officially licensed and seeing massage clients!
My availability will be somewhat limited this summer, and because I am currently working out of my home, I am only seeing clients I have previously met or those who have been referred to me by someone I know. If you are a referral client, please email me at jaciemassage@gmail.com with a quick note about who referred you prior to booking your appointment. Starting October 1, I will be working out of a studio space and will begin accepting new-to-me clients.
If you’re interested in booking an appointment, please visit my booking site and followup info about my location (University West) will be sent prior to your appointment. Below you will find my pricing as well as descriptions about all the different treatments I offer.
I look forward to working with you!

Treatment Offerings
Relaxation Massage
This style of massage is for those looking to slow down, relax, and reconnect. The goal is to create a space where you can calm the nervous system and settle into the experience of being cared for through intentional touch. Some sessions may feel more therapeutic, while others are an opportunity to deeply rest. Pressure ranges from medium to firm and can be tailored to focus on specific areas the need attention, if requested.
Therapeutic Massage
These sessions are typically more focused and tailored to specific areas of discomfort, tension, or restriction. Before the session begins, we'll discuss your goals and areas of focus to guide the treatment. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate joint movement, side-lying positioning, Ashiatsu (barefoot massage), intraoral, or other techniques to work more effectively with the areas that need attention. My goal is to draw from the full range of my tools and training to support your body's natural ability to move, function, and feel its best.
Intraoral Facial Massage
This 75-minute session is based on a four-part protocol designed to address tension and restriction in the face, jaw, head, and neck:
Part 1: Lymphatic Drainage & Myofascial Release
Part 2: Intraoral Massage & Trigger Point Release (performed with gloves)
Part 3: Gua Sha
Part 4: Facial Cupping
While I originally learned this work through an aesthetic-focused approach, I have found it can be equally valuable as a therapeutic treatment. Sessions can follow the full protocol or be adapted to focus on specific concerns such as jaw pain, teeth grinding, facial tension, tension headaches, or TMJ dysfunction.
Many clients are surprised by how much tension they carry in the muscles of the face and jaw. By working both externally and intraorally, this treatment can help release areas that are often difficult to access and infrequently addressed.
Please note that these 75 minute sessions can be customized and may also be extended to 90 minutes for deeper work during the intraoral portion of this session.
Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage
In this style of massage, I use ceiling-mounted bars for support while providing massage with my bare feet. This allows me to apply broad, consistent pressure in a way that is difficult to achieve with hands, forearms, or elbows. For clients who enjoy deeper work, Ashiatsu can be an excellent option, offering both depth and a relaxing experience.
For the month of June I am currently offering 60-minute Ashiatsu-only sessions for a discounted rate of $85. While I have already begun integrating Ashiatsu into most of my Therapeutic Massage treatments, these discounted sessions will be dedicated exclusively to barefoot massage techniques, particularly those I use less frequently. This focused practice allows me to further develop my skill, fluidity, and knowledge as a practitioner.
